When will my order arrive and how much is the shipping?

Your order is being shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.

We use Australia Post and Parcel Post usually takes about 4-6 business days and Express is 2-3 business days.

Australia wide shipping fees up to 5kg are as follow:

Standard -> $9

Express -> $12

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email together with the tracking detail.

International shipping time can vary. Please visit Australia Post website for more informations.

If your order is taking longer than the estimated, please check the address provided with your order, your local post office and customs. If you still have not received your parcel within ten business days, please contact us at contact@ironlionjewellery.com.au and we will reply within 1-3 business days.

I put in the wrong shipping address, what do I do now?

It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at contact@ironlionjewellery.com.au

We have a 10 to 12-hour window to make a request for the package to be rerouted from the moment you make the purchase; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends where the package is in the shipping process. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Where do you source your crystals?

We have different suppliers mainly around Australia and Brazil. Our suppliers assured have an ethically source, however we have no means to 100% confirm their statements.

The crystal(s) I am looking for is not on your website. Can you get them in for me?
We will do our best to make your request. However, this also depends on our suppliers. Please get in touch at contact@ironlionjewellery.com.au
 
Where can I find my order confirmation?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam emails if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us at contact@ironlionjewellery.com.au and we will be able to assist you.

What payment methods do you receive?

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Afterpay and Paypal.

How do you make sure my payment is secure?

We take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. We work with trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data.

Can I change my order?

You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs if the product is confirmed to have a problem.
